  • Damage caused by misuse, abuse, negligence, accidents, improper handling, overloading, or use beyond the product’s intended purpose.
  • Damage caused by unauthorized repairs, modifications, or alterations.
  • Natural variations in solid wood, including grain patterns, knots, texture, and color differences.
  • Expansion, contraction, seasonal movement, hairline cracks, or joint movement caused by changes in temperature and humidity.
  • Glue lines or other natural characteristics of solid wood.
  • Damage caused by exposure to excessive moisture, water, direct sunlight, heat, chemicals, or improper maintenance.
  • Upholstery fabric, cushions, glass, mirrors, marble, electrical components, hardware accessories, or consumable items unless specifically covered.
  • Damage caused by termites, fungus, insects, rodents, or environmental conditions.
  • Commercial, rental, institutional, or outdoor use unless specifically approved.

  • Solid wood is a natural material; every product is unique and may vary in grain, texture, and finish.
  • Minor variations in wood polish, fabric color, and finish may occur due to screen settings, lighting conditions, and natural materials.
  • A manufacturing tolerance of up to ±6 mm for non-upholstered furniture and ±12 mm for upholstered furniture is considered acceptable.
  • Warranty service is available only in serviceable locations. Availability may vary depending on your delivery pincode.
  • This warranty applies only to manufacturing defects and does not include transportation, installation, or damage caused after delivery due to improper use or storage.
  • Any third-party accessories or branded components supplied with the product are covered only by the respective manufacturer’s warranty, if applicable.

  Order Cancellation

  • ✔ Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order, provided production or dispatch has not started.
  • ✔ Customized or made-to-order furniture cannot be cancelled once manufacturing has begun.

  Return Policy

  • ✔ Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery only if the product is received damaged, defective, or incorrect.
  • ✔ The issue must be reported to AK Consumer Care within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos or videos of the product and packaging.
  • ✔ After verification, eligible products will be repaired, replaced, or refunded at the discretion of AK Furniture Industry.

  Important Conditions

  • Do not unbox, install, or assemble the product yourself.
  • Products must be inspected and assembled only by AK Furniture Industry or an authorized service partner. Unauthorized assembly may void the return and warranty.
  • The product must be returned in its original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, hardware, and protective materials.
  • Please retain the original packaging until the installation is completed and the product has been accepted.

  Returns Not Accepted For

  • Products damaged due to misuse, improper handling, unauthorized assembly, or normal wear and tear.
  • Minor variations in wood grain, texture, natural knots, color, polish, or fabric, as these are natural characteristics of the materials.
  • Customized, personalized, or made-to-order furniture unless there is a manufacturing defect.
  • Products returned without the original packaging or proof of purchase.
