If the product is damaged and falls under the guarantee terms, the affected spare parts will be exchanged or replaced according to the policy. Only the damaged parts will be replaced, and the customer will incur no service charges or transportation expenses.
- Covered in Guarantee The Guarantee is non-transferable, valid only within India, and applicable solely to the original purchaser (First End User). The warranty will be honored only if the original purchase invoice is presented at the time of service. It covers functional components and software issues arising from manufacturing defects. It does not cover damage due to unauthorized modifications, improper installation, or normal wear and tear from use. For commercial use of the product, the Guarantee is limited to 90 days. All parts, except the outer cabinet and plastic components, will be covered under Guarantee from the date of purchase, including all manufacturing defects.
